Information we collect
- Identity information such as PAN and Aadhaar, as required for KYC.
- Contact details — name, address, email and mobile number.
- Financial profile, risk appetite, goals and investment preferences.
- Transaction and holding data needed to service your investments.
How we use your data
- Processing mutual fund transactions through authorised platforms.
- Completing mandatory KYC / KYC Registration Agency (KRA) requirements.
- Providing suitable recommendations and servicing your portfolio.
- Meeting SEBI, AMFI, PMLA and other regulatory and legal obligations.
How we share your data
We share your information only with regulated partners required to service your investments — Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTAs), KRAs and the exchange platforms we transact on. We never sell, rent or trade your data with external marketing agencies.
Data security
Digital records are held on access-controlled systems with encryption and multi-factor access. Physical documents are kept in secure office premises. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Data retention
We retain records for the minimum period required by SEBI and PMLA guidelines — generally at least 8 years after the end of our relationship — after which they are securely destroyed.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may request a summary of the data we hold, correct inaccuracies, withdraw consent, and request erasure — subject to the records we are legally required to retain.
